Emergency Evacuation from Israel via Maritime Route
A group of Israeli-American nationals contacted On Call’s Security Team for immediate evacuation support from Israel. With ground transport options posing potential blockages for Israeli citizens, On Call quickly assessed alternatives and identified a maritime route as a viable option.
The team coordinated a private evacuation aboard a vetted yacht departing from Haifa to Cyprus. To instill traveler confidence and ensure operational readiness, On Call shared detailed photos of the vessel, verified the captain’s credentials, and confirmed the availability of lifejackets, food, and other essentials.
Upon arrival in Cyprus, On Call arranged ground transportation in advance, ensuring the group was met at the port and brought directly to their hotel accommodations. Through On Call’s rapid response and end-to-end coordination, the travelers completed their evacuation safely and continued their journey home without incident.
Maritime Evacuation from Israel Amid Flight Cancellations When commercial flights out of Tel Aviv were canceled, a traveler contacted On Call’s Security Team for evacuation support. With limited options available and the traveler’s lack of comfort for a ground transport, the team quickly coordinated a maritime evacuation from Haifa to Limassol, Cyprus, after thoroughly vetting the vessel and confirming sufficient provisions for the journey.
Upon arrival in Cyprus, On Call arranged ground transportation from the port to a local hotel and secured overnight accommodations. The next day, On Call managed the traveler’s onward journey, coordinating flights from Larnaka Airport to Paris and then onward to the United States.
Through On Call’s end-to-end logistical oversight and real-time coordination, the traveler completed the complex, multi-leg evacuation safely and without disruption.
Company-Wide Evacuation Assistance: Jordanian Border Crossing While on business in Jerusalem, a traveler was affected by a company-wide evacuation order amid the escalating political unrest. With the traveler’s original flight to Washington, D.C. canceled, the company turned to On Call’s Security Team for immediate support.
On Call coordinated ground transportation from Jerusalem to the Sheikh Hussein border crossing and arranged an expedited e-visa to facilitate entry into Jordan. The team secured overnight accommodations in Amman, and organized transport to the airport for the next leg of the journey.
Thanks to On Call’s real-time monitoring and end-to-end support, the traveler departed safely from Amman and returned to the United States without disruption.
Family Evacuation: Haifa to Amman and Onward to the US Amid escalating regional conflict, a faculty member traveling with their spouse and two young children contacted On Call for evacuation support. Understanding the challenges of traveling with young children, On Call’s Security Team provided two safe evacuation options: maritime and overland.
The family opted for the overland evacuation, so On Call arranged ground transportation from Haifa to the Jordanian border, where a trusted liaison assisted with border crossing formalities. Visa support was provided, and once in Jordan, a vetted driver transported them to temporary accommodations in Amman.
From there, On Call maintained daily contact with the family, providing guidance and reassurance until they safely arrived at their final destination in the US.
Evacuation Support for Elderly Traveler: Overland Route from Bnei Brak to the US via Egypt
After commercial flights out of Israel were suspended, an elderly traveler stranded in Bnei Brak contacted On Call for evacuation assistance. With the original return flight no longer viable, On Call’s Security Team quickly implemented a safe and accessible overland evacuation plan designed to support the traveler’s comfort and mobility throughout the journey.
On Call arranged vetted ground transportation from Bnei Brak to Eilat and scheduled an overnight hotel stay to break up the journey. The following morning, a trusted escort guided the traveler across the Taba border and onward to Sharm El Sheikh Airport.
To ensure a smooth and supported travel experience, On Call secured wheelchair and porter assistance and maintained close communication with both the traveler and the family. The traveler successfully departed from Egypt and arrived safely in the U.S., with On Call providing real-time coordination and continuous oversight every step of the way.
