On Call’s Global Response Center’s (GRC’s) biggest responsibility is to fulfill our mission of helping travelers, every day, in their time of need. Every phone call (or live chat, text, or email!) our Global Response Center receives is an opportunity to help someone get prepared to travel or solve a problem while they’re away – whether it’s a medical emergency, political threat, extreme weather, or even a more common issue like a missed flight. Our empathetic GRC Team works diligently behind the scenes, 24/7/365, to ensure travel problems are not only resolved as quickly as possible, but that our travelers feel safe, prepared and supported every step of the way.

A Little About Me:
I’ve been with On Call for two years, and I was born, raised, and still live in the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I come from a close-knit family that includes my parents, an older sister, and an older brother. I am also blessed with a wonderful nephew and cheeky niece who bring so much joy to my life! I graduated with a Diploma in Accountancy, but my passion for helping others led me to this role.

Some of My Favorite Things:
I’m a huge cat lover and share my home with two furry friends. In my free time, I love exploring new foods, having a movie binge, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with my loved ones.

Why This Job is So Meaningful:
I love helping people when they need it most! Each call or case we handle at On Call is so unique, and while our primary responsibility is to support travelers during challenging times, I also gain valuable knowledge and insights along the way. It’s rewarding to know that we provide comfort and solutions, ensuring travelers feel safe and supported, showing them they’re never alone.
